KMS ASSIST® Program Features Five Star Support

Koch Membrane Systems, Inc. (KMS), a world-class developer and manufacturer of innovative membranes and membrane filtration systems, is launching the newly redesigned KMS ASSIST® Service and Maintenance Program, featuring Five Star Support. This comprehensive program is designed to help users get long-term performance and efficiency from their membrane systems through regular site visits, plant personnel training, and dedicated support from KMS.

“KMS personnel have the experience to help troubleshoot potential part or system failures,” explains Manny Singh, KMS Vice President of Technology Product Management. “KMS is always looking for ways to improve its existing products. Our field service team is regularly updated on best practices based on product improvement initiatives and they regularly meet with KMS ASSIST customers to transfer this knowledge, which helps in optimizing their systems. The KMS ASSIST Program adds real value to its customers by providing updated training, easy access to product experts and formal technical reports to enhance the operation of their system.”

The cornerstone of the KMS ASSIST Service and Maintenance Program is Five Star Support, which includes site visits, remote data acquisition and monitoring, performance enhancing reports, training, and telephone support. The KMS ASSIST Program serves KMS clients in all marketplaces—industrial and municipal water and wastewater, food and life sciences, and industrial processes.
